PMS reservation function
List reservation
Reservations are automatically listed, and it is possible to check the check-in status and payment status of customers on a daily basis.
Accommodation, rental space, coworking switching
You can easily switch the reservation list with one pull down. (needs to be set in advance)
Reservation information search
You can search for the relevant reservation by various keyword searches from the reservation list.

Accounts receivable management
You can manage your accounts receivable information for a specified period. Billing, payment, and delinquent amounts for each reservation for the specified period can be displayed in a list, making it easy to grasp. It is also possible to display the list by narrowing down various conditions.
Reservation information report output
You can set various output conditions for reservation information for a specified period and output it to CSV data.
Sales information report output
Sales information for the specified month can be output to CSV data. You can check information that allows you to understand customer trends, such as sales, occupancy rate, average room unit price, and sales per room.
Settlement (payment) processing
Deposit registration is possible with one button for each reservation.If you use the KEYVOX reservation payment app, payment will be made automatically, and payment information will be automatically registered.
